
Building Stamina, Confidence and the Spirit of Sportsmanship
The Sports Department of Salwan Public School, Mayur Vihar–III organised a Mini Marathon for students of Classes III and IV on 19 September 2026, with 180 enthusiastic participants taking part in the event.
Designed to promote physical fitness, stamina, endurance and running skills, the activity encouraged students to embrace an active and healthy lifestyle. The young runners participated with great zeal and demonstrated discipline, confidence, perseverance and sportsmanship throughout the event.
The Mini Marathon was conducted successfully, providing students with an enjoyable and meaningful sporting experience. Beyond the finish line, the event reinforced the importance of fitness, determination and a positive sporting spirit, inspiring students to make physical activity an integral part of their daily lives.
