Collaborating for Effective Skill-Based and Experiential Learning
A discussion session on Kaushal Bodh and Kaushal Vikas was conducted for teachers of Classes VI–X on Saturday, 26 September 2026, by Smt. Bhawna Puri,Vice Principal, Ms Neelima Goyal, TGT Computer Science, and Ms Manvi Shukla,TGT Social Science as a follow-up to the earlier orientation and briefing sessions.
The session focused on challenges faced by teachers in implementing the programmes, including activity planning, time management, resource availability, student participation, documentation and assessment. Teachers shared their experiences and collaboratively explored practical solutions to address these concerns.
The discussion emphasised effective planning, optimum resource utilisation, enhanced student engagement, collaborative practices and systematic documentation. The interactive session provided a valuable platform for teachers to exchange ideas and develop feasible strategies for strengthening the implementation of skill-based, experiential and competency-oriented learning in the classroom.
